Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping methods and times
We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout based on your address and chosen method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
Packaging
Products are supplied as research materials and are packaged to preserve stability during transit. Where appropriate, temperature-sensitive items are shipped with protective packaging. Store products correctly on arrival according to the product information.
Shipping restrictions
We ship only to destinations where the sale and delivery of our products is permitted. We may decline or cancel orders to any location at our discretion. It is your responsibility to confirm that you may lawfully receive these products at your address.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Lost or delayed shipments
