Because our products are sensitive research materials, we maintain a careful returns policy to protect the integrity of every item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. If we confirm the issue, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
Non-returnable items
For safety and integrity reasons, opened or used research materials cannot be returned. We are unable to accept returns of products once they have left our control unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect as described above.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation of an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and is subject to this policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
